About our Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall is the exclusive event for IT2 participants and staff from 4:00 to 7:00 on Thursday, October 24! Heavy Appetizers and refreshments will be provided in the exhibit hall, with socializer tables located throughout the space. As an added incentive to our Exhibit Hall participants, we will have interactive activities that will require attendees to visit your exhibit hall booth to enter into our door prize drawings for some really amazing items that will be drawn and given to the winners at the end of the conference.
New in 2024 is our Mini Exhibitor spaces that will be located in the hallway outside of the main exhibit hall. These spaces will provide a lower-cost option for exhibitors who would like a smaller footprint, but still want to have a presence at IT2.
Exhibit Hall Setup and Tear Down:
Main Exhibit Hall setup begins at 9:30 am on Thursday, October 24.
Mini Exhibit Hall booth setup begins at 3:00 pm on Thursday, October 24.
All exhibit hall items must be removed from the facility by 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 24.

Gold Sponsors: your Exhibit Hall Booth includes general conference admission for two (2) representatives from your organization and the opportunity to present two breakout sessions during the conference.
Silver Sponsors: your Exhibit Hall Booth is included with one (1) conference admission included.
Bronze Sponsorships do not include an Exhibit Hall Booth. If you are planning on attending as a participant in the Exhibit Hall, please add an Exhibit Hall Booth to your order below.
Please note: Exhibit Hall packages alone do not entitle vendors and brands to present at the conference, a program sponsorship or add on presentation package are required for presentation opportunities.

Exhibit Hall Booth includes one (1) 10-foot-wide space with (1) 8 x 3 foot table.Includes one (1) representative exhibit hall pass for food and refreshments.Setup begins at 9:30 am on October 24, 2024.All items must be removed from the facility by 8:00 pm on October 24, 2024.
Additional Exhibit Hall Space
10 additional feet of space for your Exhibit Hall Booth, and one (1) additional 8 x 3 foot table. Additional space must be occupied by the same exhibitor.
Mini Exhibit Hall Booth
Mini Exhibit Hall Booth includes one (1) 8 by 1.5 foot table against the wall in the hallway outside of the exhibit hall. Includes one (1) representative exhibit hall pass for food and refreshments.Limited to ten (10) exhibitor spaces. Additional spaces cannot be added.No power will be available for these booths.Setup begins at 3:00 p.m. on October 24, 2024. All items must be removed from the facility by 8:00 pm on October 24, 2024.

Sponsor and Exhibitor Breakout Session Add-Ons
Expand your reach by offering break-out sessions! Add breakout session presentations to your exhibit hall or sponsorship package. Each additional session is $400.00. You can add up to two (2) sessions to your exhibitor or sponsorship package.
Additional Sponsor or Exhibitor Conference Attendees
If your organization is planning to have more than 1 representative attending IT2 2024 as an attendee or as a presenter in breakout sessions that are not being sponsored by your organization (Ie. one of your employees is speaking during a session led by a school Technology Director), please enter the number of additional attendees below.
There is a $175 charge for each additional attendee from a sponsoring or exhibitor organization that will be participating in the conference sessions both days.
There is a $50 charge for each additional attendee from a sponsoring or exhibitor organization that will be participating in the exhibit hall only.
Door Prize Donation
Would you like to donate a door prize or prizes to be given away to IT2 2024 attendees? Attendees of IT2 2024 will be required to participate in interactive activities with our exhibitors during the Exhibit Hall in order to qualify for door prize entries!

Hotel accommodations are available. Please call the Best Western Plus at 320-235-6060 or Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 320-231-2601. Both are attached to the Willmar Conference Center. A hotel block has been created under "Technology Convention" until September 27, 2024.
Please identify the key contact for your registration. This may be a representative from your entity that is attending the conference, a planning coordinator, manager, etc.
