About our Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall is the exclusive event for IT² participants and staff from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22! Heavy appetizers and refreshments will be provided in the exhibit hall, with socializer tables located throughout the space. As an added incentive to our Exhibit Hall participants, we will have interactive activities that will require attendees to visit your exhibit hall booth to enter into our door prize drawings for some really amazing items that will be drawn and given to the winners at the end of the conference.
Exhibit Hall Setup and Tear Down:
Main Exhibit Hall setup begins at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 22.
Mini Exhibit Hall booth setup begins at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22.
All exhibit hall items must be removed from the facility by 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22.
Please note: Our main exhibit hall is full so only the Mini Booth is available.
The only remaining sponsorship level available is Bronze.
CancelationsCancelations must be received by 4:30 p.m. on July 31, 2026, to qualify for a refund, after which all registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued. Substitution of attendees from the same organization will be allowed up to the day of the event, however, listings on conference materials, including but not limited to our website, social media, emails, will not be updated with any changes received after the July 31, 2026, cancelation deadline.
Any registrations received after July 31, 2026, are non-refundable.
In the event a workshop is canceled by SWWC, a full refund will be given. Communications by SWWC will be sent to the Main Contact listed in your registration.
Mini Exhibit Hall Booth
Includes one (1) 8 by 1.5-foot table against the wall in the hallway outside of the exhibit hall. Booths include Wi-Fi, but do not include electricity.One (1) representative exhibit hall admission including snacks and refreshments, lunch, and evening appetizers for Thursday only.Limited to ten (10) exhibitor spaces. Additional spaces cannot be added.Setup begins at 3:00 p.m. on October 22, 2026. All items must be removed from the facility by 8:00 p.m. on October 22, 2026.
Please note, we will do our best to accommodate any special requests for exhibit hall booths.
Additional Sponsor or Exhibitor Conference Attendees
Organizations with attendees not covered by the passes included in your sponsorship or exhibitor package will need to purchase the appropriate pass for each additional attendee. Presenters from Sponsor or Exhibitor organizations that are assisting in any presentation at IT² must be covered by an attendee pass.
$210: Full Conference Pass. Attendee from a sponsor or exhibitor organization that will be participating in the conference on both Thursday and Friday.
$63: Exhibit Hall-only Pass. Additional attendee from a sponsor or exhibitor organization that will be participating in the exhibit hall. Admission to conference sessions is not included. Includes snacks and refreshments, lunch, and evening appetizers for Thursday only.
Door Prize Donation
Would you like to donate a door prize or prizes to be given away to IT² 2026 attendees? Attendees of IT² 2026 will be required to participate in interactive activities with our exhibitors during the Exhibit Hall in order to qualify for door prize entries!

Hotel accommodations are available. Please call the Best Western Plus at 320-235-6060 or Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 320-231-2601. Both are attached to the Willmar Conference Center. A hotel block has been created under "SWWC Technology Conference" until September 21, 2026.
Please identify the key contact for your registration. This may be a representative from your entity that is attending the conference, a planning coordinator, manager, etc.
